Dealer Tire, a national wholesale tire distributor, contracted Crane Associates to design and manage upgrades to the lighting and emergency system, dock doors and office renovations at their administrative and storage facility in northern NJ. The Lyndhurst facility consists 85,000 square feet of office and tire warehouse floor space. The building is a designed to store, organize and ship tires to local tire dealerships.

PROJECT BRIEF
Crane Associates completed an Investigative survey and analysis of the site for upgrades to the electrical systems at the Dealer Tire warehouse. Plans were designed to upgrade the high bay lighting and emergency lighting throughout the facility and approved for permits and construction. Crane managed construction for these electrical upgrades.
Plans were also drawn for the dock doors, lighting, levelers and dock equipment upgrades. Construction on these site areas was supervised by the CA team and subject to local ordinance review.
Crane also provided architectural planning services to renovate and upgrade the offie spaces of the warehouse.
