President and General Manager

Mr. Quense is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 25 years experience in planning, design and construction administration of commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional facilities.  He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.

Mr. Quense retains overall responsibility for all management level decisions at Crane Associates. He is also Director of Engineering for all MEP engineering projects.  His responsibilities consist of planning, scheduling and budgeting technical operations of all projects, establishing standards for designs, reports, and specifications, and coordinating quality control.

Mr. Quense is further responsible for project management, administrative and technical level decisions for the design and preparation of Contract Documents, and Construction Administration for electrical and mechanical work for new and renovation projects involving Fire alarm upgrades, electrical upgrades, emergency generators, gas piping, plumbing, fire protection, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems from inception of the project through completion including documentation of existing conditions; schematic design; cost estimating; construction documents and details; and client presentations.
